Tomorrow is the big day. We’re going to leave from Trophy Bikes in Northern Liberties at 12noon. Try to be there a little early so that we can leave on time.
There are thunderstorms in the forecast. We’ll still be riding rain or shine, but if its raining, we may change our picnicking plans. I’ll try to shoot out an email tomorrow morning about that.

The Flying Fish ride is this sat. I’ve got a list of about 16 people attending. It should be a relatively easy and fun ride.
The scheduled tours start at 1pm. I’m confirming with the brewery about the timing, but I’m planning on getting there right at 1pm. So lets plan on leaving Trophy Bike garage at around 12noon. We can ride in the heat of the noonday sun and adequately develop a need for some beery refreshment.
We’ll plan on having a picnic lunch afterwards at a park somewhere. I don’t know what the park situation is, so its probably best to plan on a non-grilling lunch. I’m thinking we can bring some items to make sandwiches (bread, pbj, cheese, mayo, chips, etc). Does that sound good? Please let me know what you can bring for the picnic. If we all bring a little something, I won’t have to have melted cheese and peanut butter dripping all over my panniers.
See you all on Sat!

The Flying Fish ride is next weekend. If you’re planning on going, please let me know so that I can work out the details with the brewery. I’m going to email them next week with a number, they are expecting us. You can comment here, email me, call me, or ride by my house with a post it note. Whatever is easiest for you.

Based on some input from John AKA Dumpsterlife, who I haven’t actually met yet, I revised the route a bit: Link here. Its about 13 miles, all flat, and hopefully not too much traffic. I’ve emailed Flying Fish and they are ready for a group tour. This should be a fun ride.
